For those who have arranged for a time call to an airport, we will have the drivers call 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to give you the peace of mind that the driver will pick you up at the scheduled time. In general, we attempt to be at the pick-up location within 15 minutes of the requested time; however, this time may be delayed by special events, weather conditions and road conditions. If you have an appointment, please allow enough time for normal travel and unexpected delays.

If you plan on taking a taxi, then plan on a tip for the driver too. There are some different ways to figure the tip and figure if it is a fair amount.

If you are going to ride in a taxi your best bet is to estimate how much the ride is going to cost and then remember to bring an extra 10 percent for the tip. 15 percent is the normal rate for the tip, but ten percent is considered to be a courteous amount for a minimum. The way most people will tip their taxi driver, only because it is simpler is to tell the driver to keep the change. Let us say for example that your taxi ride charge was $17.00. Instead of asking for change back you tell the taxi driver to keep the change out of a twenty dollar bill.
